My expertise – how I can help you!

I have a Health Science Degree from Charles Sturt University. I have studied Naturopathy, Counselling and Biofeedback, and am a Certified Wellness Facilitator. I have raised 5 children to adulthood, and now have 3 grandchildren, so I have had lots of life experience, as well as having helped hundreds of people in my professional capacity. I have also learned from the people I have helped, and from my own healing journey, integrating what I have learned into my practice.

With forty years of professional experience and study, I can give you information, knowledge, understanding, listening and hope. I will also provide a safe space in which you can develop the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve the health benefits and outcomes which your unique situation requires, and can hold the mirror of your success for you during that process.

Being supported and guided through the process of change and integration will help fill the gap between information and transformation through to making better daily health habits.
